Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Loon Fung Limited, 111 Brantwood road, London, N17 0DX (“Loon Fung”) shall apply exclusively to your participation in the Win Your Shopping Free Lucky Draw 2024 (the “Lucky Draw”). By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of Loon Fung for all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding in all respects.

A. ELIGIBILTY

1. This Lucky Draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the Lucky Draw.

2. The Lucky Draw is not open to employees and their immediate families, representatives, legal successors or contractors of Loon Fung.

3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Lucky Draw we believe in responsible consumption of our products. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promo.

B. DURATION

1. Win Your Shopping Free Lucky Draw 2024 runs on 17th Feb at Alperton store and 18th Feb at Colindale store from 11:00 until store closed. (‘’Lucky Draw Period’’)

2. The time of entry will be determined by the time printed on the eligible receipt.

C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Spend minimum of £10 in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at Alperton or Colindale store during the Lucky Draw Period.

2. Submit your receipt at the Lucky Draw Counter (‘’Counter’’) at the selected stores to participate our spin the wheel draw (“Draw”).

3. Each receipt can only participate once. Prizes won should be collected instantly on-site.

4. Only one entry is permitted per person on each Lucky Draw date. Second or subsequent entries with the same person and/or same receipt will be disqualified.

5. Participants will be required to keep the receipt as Proof of Purchase.

6. Each eligible receipt is only valid on the day of purchase and valid to enter the Draw on the same day of the receipt issued.  

7. In the event the customers do not present their potential eligible receipt(s) on the day of purchase during the Lucky Draw Period, Loon Fung reserve the right to disqualify the eligible customers.

D. PRIZES

1. A Grand Winner will be drawn at random at each store per day during the Lucky Draw Period. A total of 2 Grand Winners will be drawn during the Lucky Draw Period.  

2. Eligible winners will receive a refund up to a value equivalent to their shopping receipt which up to a maximum of £688. The shopping receipt should be the same receipt used to enter the Lucky Draw.

3. All other prizes will be allocated at random; winners will not have a choice of which prize they win.

4. All prizes are not transferable, cannot be resold and will only be awarded directly to the winner. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability and in the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Loon Fung’s control, Loon Fung reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

5. If the prize is in the form of vouchers, the vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize, are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, cannot be resold and will only be awarded directly to the winner. Loon Fung reserves the right to refuse to accept vouchers which it reasonably deems to have been copied, damaged, reproduced, defective voucher or which otherwise are suspected to be affected from fraud. Loon Fung shall not be liable where a voucher has been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize. The vouchers must be redeemed within 18 months of the date of issue detailed on the vouchers. The vouchers can be used in Loon Fung stores only. Other specific terms of usage apply – please see voucher for details.

E. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

By entering the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees:

a. to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all applicable laws and by the

decisions of Loon Fung which shall be binding and final;

b. to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions

c. to waive all his or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any

of the Released Parties in connection with the Lucky Draw; and

d. that Loon Fung reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or

criteria of the Lucky Draw and/or the Prize for the Lucky Draw and/or the duration/timing of

the Lucky Draw, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without

assigning any reason

e. Loon Fung shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding the quality of the prize. The manufacturer shall continue to be liable for the prizes, wherever applicable.

f. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

g. By entering this Lucky Draw, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional

material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
